Happy Monster's Rules of Play

Happy Monsters Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry to any person. Furthermore, anyone failing to observe these rules will be asked to leave the premises.

PLAY PERIOD

Play sessions are for limited to 2 hours, we will try to only enforce this during busy periods.

AGE/HEIGHT LIMIT

Only children 4’9” tall and under will be allowed on the frame. Only children aged 2 and under will be allowed in the designated baby area.

DRESS CODE

Children must be dressed to play safely. Legs, arms and feet must be covered at all times. Shoes, jewellery, watches, necklaces, rings, chains, badges, pens, pencils and any sharp objects must be removed. Socks can be purchased from the reception.

Meal deal and party prices vary according to term times. For the avoidance of doubt we consider term dates to be as follows:

CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE

Keeping the centre clean is very important to us for our customers' benefit. Therefore we ask you to help us keep it this way. If any food or drink is accidentally spilled in the cafe area, please advise us immediately. Whilst our toilets are inspected regularly, if you are not satisfied, please advise us.

FOOD AND DRINK

Food (including sweets and chewing gum) and drink must not be taken into the play frame at any time. Only food and drink purchased from our Café may be consumed on the premises.

GLASSWARE

Glassware, crockery and cutlery are strictly limited to the cafe area and are not allowed at any time in the play area or reception.

RUNNING

Running is not permitted within Happy Monsters, this is particularly important in the cafe area and on the approach to the play area.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Happy Monsters building or garden.

ACCIDENTS

It is a condition of entry that any accident is reported to a member of staff and recorded in the accident book.

CAR PARKING

Customers park their vehicles in the car park entirely at their own risk. Happy Monsters Ltd does not accept any responsibility for vehicles or their contents.

BUSY PERIODS

Due to Health and Safety regulations and for your own comfort there is a limit to the number of children allowed on the premises at any one time. If we reach our maximum capacity we will work on a strict one in and one out basis.

LIABILITY

Happy Monsters Ltd does not accept responsibility or liability for loss or injury of whatever nature caused through misuse of equipment or lack of supervision by a parent or accompanying responsible adult. Children must be supervised at all times by the parent or responsible adult accompanying them. The Children's Act of 1989 requires us to inform you of this obligation. Happy Monsters Ltd does not accept responsibility for child supervision whilst on our premises or using the equipment. Happy Monsters does not accept responsibility or liability for loss or damage to any personal articles or possessions.
